Building sites, pastures, driveways, and waterfront lots — we clear it fast and clean with our Case TV450B skid steer. Serving Lake Anna and Louisa County for 20+ years.
From a quarter-acre lakefront lot to a 50-acre farm clearing, Lake Anna Tree Service has the equipment and crew to get it done. We operate a Case TV450B skid steer with multiple attachments — disc mulcher, bucket, and grapple — so we can tackle any clearing job efficiently without multiple contractors.
Lake Anna landowners trust us for building site prep, pasture reclamation, driveway clearing, and recreational property work. We understand the terrain, the soil types, and the Virginia buffer zone regulations that apply to land near the lake and its tributaries.
Every clearing job starts with a free on-site estimate. We walk the property with you, discuss your goals, and give you a written quote before any work begins.
Backyard clearing, garden expansion, fence line cleanup, or small building pad near the lake.
Driveway clearing, small pasture opening, or residential building site prep.
Agricultural land prep, larger building sites, or recreational property clearing.
Large-scale development, farm clearing, or timber stand improvement projects.
Lake Anna and its tributaries are subject to Virginia's Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act buffer zone requirements. In most cases, a 100-foot riparian buffer must be maintained along the shoreline — meaning trees and vegetation in that zone generally cannot be cleared without a permit or variance.
We know these rules and work within them. If your project is near the water, we'll walk the property with you, identify the buffer zone, and advise on what can be cleared legally. We've worked on dozens of Lake Anna waterfront properties and have never had a compliance issue.
Free on-site visit, written quote, no pressure.
